Wasteland 3 is a forthcoming video game published by inXile Entertainment. It’s a sequel to Wasteland 2. Wasteland 3 was revealed by inXile Entertainment in September 2016. The game is being created by the Unity Game Engine.
Unlike their prior Kickstarter campaigns, inXile opted to use the equity crowdfunding platform Fig. The crowdfunding campaign began in October 2016 and finished a month later with more than $3 million raised.
Played from an isometric point of view, the game may include synchronous and asynchronous multiplayer. Throughout the game, players need to make several decisions that’ll have substantial effects on the game’s environment and the plot. The game includes a vehicle that users can use to navigate the world and store resources.
After the acquisition of Xbox Game Studios, inXile hired more employees to develop the game and postponed its launch date to early 2020. The game is expected to be released for Microsoft Windows, PS4, and Xbox One.
Release Date
Wasteland 3 is expected to be launched on August 28, 2020. It was postponed a few times, originally planned some time in 2019, and then in May 2020.
Gameplay
Think the end of Wasteland 2, the Desert Rangers were left without much of a clear base of operations. They receive a message from the Patriarch of Colorado Springs to help him save his country from falling apart. In return, he gave the Rangers all the support they needed to recover.

The Rangers deployed a team named Team November to interact with the Patriarch, but nothing happened according to the plan. It isn’t clear what happened. However, the player starts the game as Team November’s lone survivor, waking up in a frozen land full of dangerous cults, violent gangs, and abandoned technologies.

Features
It’s the first time in the franchise, Wasteland 3 can feature multiplayer, and the user will be able to compete alongside a partner in a two-player co-op via the main quest. The storyline will start even though only one player is playing, and one can drop in and out any time they choose, although there will be a limited amount of fixed points in the plot that will only be activated if both players are in the game.
There’s also a bit of information about combat, which includes options for puncturing bullets, stopping the fire, and other skills.
Wasteland 3’s desire for success may be more critical than ever before. Wasteland 3 could provide players with a critical place to tackle common themes.
