Wednesday Plot and Cast

The basic plot of Wednesday is derived from the story of the Addams Family that features a lot of mystery. Season 1 explored everything about the lead character and the mysteries involved behind the murders done by a monster and who could be the main culprit.

We saw in the end of Season 1 that Hyde gets caught and he could escape from the hands of the authorities. An unknown individual sends a few messages to Wednesday making her determined to return as soon as possible. Season 1 might take two years for release and the time gap shall remain the same in the storyline of Season 2. There is another possibility that we might get to know more about the backstory of Wednesday Addams.

Jenna Ortega will definitely return to play the lead role. Other who we can expect to see include Gwendoline Christie, Riki Lindhome, Jamie McShane, Hunter Doohan, Percy Hynes White, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday and others to return.

Wednesday Season 2 Release Date

Wednesday Season 1 was released through Netflix on November 23, 2022 and received a positive response from critics and audiences. Season 2 was confirmed last month and because it will feature the elements of fantasy, Season 2 might premiere by 2025.
