Westworld season 4 confirmation

Well, there is actually some good news for the fans of the popular sci-fi series.

Westworld is an American sci-fi television series by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. The film is set in a fictional technologically advanced theme and amusement park known as  Westworld serviced by android hosts. The clients of the park included people who wish to indulge in their wildest fantasies within the theme park.  The main cast of the series included Evan Rachel Wood, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey White, James Marsden, Luke Hemsworth

The series is based on a 1973 film of the same name which was written and directed by Michael Crichton.

The series received good response from critics and fans. The twist and turns this series brought always kept viewers at the edge of their seats. The show which first premiered in 2016 has currently completed its third season and due for the fourth.

Renewal Status

Yes, the fourth season has officially been confirmed by HBO in April 2020. HBO has also confirmed the renewal status of the creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. Though the creators have signed a multi-million dollar deal with Amazon for a five-year duration still the contract does not prevent them from their current work. Well that’s great news for the fans

Expected release date

The expected release date for the fourth season is very difficult to predict now. The third season was aired just a month back and under normal circumstances, the production of a new status takes a good time. But!! These are not normal times. The whole entertainment industry has been badly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. All over the world, series and movies are being put on hold and are being delayed.
