What We Do in the Shadows is an American mockumentary comedy-horror series created by Jemaine Clement. The show premiered in March 2019 on Disney owned cable network “FX” for the first time. The series is inspired by a 2014 film of the same name.
What We Do in the Shadows revolves around 4 vampire roommates in Staten Island, NYC. The 4 have been roommates for about over 100 years and still adjusting to it. The show stars Kavyan Novak, Matt Berry, Natasia Demetriou, Harvey Guillen and Mark Proksch.
The weirdly satisfying show was renewed for season 2 last year. Each of these 30-min episodes manages to offer genius giggles to both hardcore Sci-Fi as well as not so Sci-Fiy fans.

What’s the Sentiment for What We Do in the Shadows?
Nick Grad, president of original programming for FX Networks and FX Productions said in a statement “Jemaine Clement, Taika Waititi and Paul Simms have more than delivered on the high expectations of Shadows fans by adapting the cult classic for television and building a passionate base of new and returning fans,”
“We also want to thank the rest of the creative team, including Scott Rudin, Garrett Basch and Eli Bush, and the incredible cast and crew for delivering such a fun and original series, and we look forward to working with them all on season two.”
