WHAT IS ‘WHEN CALLS THE HEART’ ABOUT?

When Calls the Heart, a series which follows the life of Elizabeth Thatcher. She’s a young teacher accustomed to her high-society lifestyle. This comes to a halt when she receives her first classroom assignment in Coal Valley which is a small coal-mining town in Western Canada where life is simple but often strained with difficulties. She immediately charms everyone in town except Royal Northwest Mounted Police Constable Jack Thornton. He is of the opinion that Elizabeth’s wealthy father had doomed the lawman’s career by insisting he be assigned in town to protect the shipping magnate’s daughter. Elizabeth’s desire to thrive in this 1910 coal town will only succeed if she learns the ways of the Candian frontier.

RELEASE DATE OF ‘WHEN CALLS THE HEART’ SEASON 8?

In previous years, the show always debuted a new season in late February. In late July, Erin posted a video indicating that she was in Hope Valley, which means they might be right back on schedule to premiere the season in February 2021.
