Not sure about the second season of Another Life, but we definitely want another revised version of the year. Well, that too is pretty uncertain right now. But what we know is that the American sci-fi series Another Life is going to their shoot of the second this time. Created by Aaron Martin, the series started back on July 25, 2019, and was renewed after two months.
The show got a tone of mixed reviews and wide constructive criticisms but Netflix is hyped up about the next season. Due to the pandemic, the shoot is pushed from March to July, and the creators confirmed the news. An engaged audience was likely the key to getting the show another season.
Each episode is named in such a way that it depicts some life philosophy or any human emotion and experience; Nervous Breakdown, Living the Dream, Heart, and Soul, etc. According to Netflix, the outline of the series is “After a massive alien artifact lands on Earth, Niko Breckinridge leads an interstellar mission to track down its source and make the first contact.” The series is planned to be done shooting within September if everything goes according to the plan.

However, nevertheless the hype, Another Lifedidn’t capture the heart of the critics. It managed to grab a rate of 4.9/10 on IMDb and only 6% on Rotten Tomatoes. One viewer had to say,
“The trailer promises aliens, sci-fi, mystery, pretty much the works. You’d expect something exciting, a compelling plot. Yet about a half-hour in, we get the reality: an otherwise promising-sounding storyline spoiled but atrocious writing and even worse acting. This series takes that suspension and promptly chucks it out the nearest window.”
Another Life stars Katee Sackhoff as Niko, Justin Chatwin as Erik, Samuel Anderson as William, Blu Hunt as August, Jake Abel as Sasha, Alex Ozerov as Oliver, Selma Blair as Harper and many more.
