Based on Mission: Impossible by Bruce Geller, Mission: Impossible 7 is an upcoming American action spy film written by Christopher McQuarrie which stars Tom Cruise ( who’s also one of the producers) who reprises his role as Ethan Hunt. This movie was supposed to be released on July 23, 2021, originally.
When’s the Movie Releasing?
After the Tom Cruise franchise entry was compelled to stop shooting in Italy recently because of the global coronavirus pandemic situation, Paramount had to push back next year’s release of Mission : Impossible 7. Now the movie will release on November 19, 2021.

Director Christopher McQuarrie said that he’d made an exciting casting coup for Mission 7 as well as 8 before we all got into this pandemic situation.
Cast
The return of Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Vanessa Kirby and Simon Pegg has been confirmed by the filmmaker for his two back-to-back Mission Impossible films. Meanwhile he also teased about an “exciting casting coup”.
It’s quite obvious that Tom Cruise is back as Ethan Hunt for both the seventh and eighth instalments that are being made by McQuarrie. The Director made it official that Ferguson, Rhames and Kirby will be reprising their characters of Ilsa Faust, Luther Stickell and Alanna Mistopolis aka the White Widow, respectively, during his virtual appearance with Pegg and new cast member Hayley Atwell on Podcast “Light the Fuse”.
Adding on to that, he teased that a new member will be joining the cast, whose identity he chose not to disclose.”There is someone we were talking to before the world blew up. An actor I was very excited about. I don’t know where that is, because we had talked days before (the shutdown) and it was an incredibly exciting casting coup,” McQuarrie said.
Not just that the director has also talked about the character being played by Atwell which is best known for starring in Marvel Cinematic Universe as Peggy Carter. McQuarrie said, “In this (film), we’ve found something really, really great for the core team. What I can tell you is that they then encounter this other destructive force of nature in the form of Hayley.”
