Windbound: Release Date, Gameplay and Features!

Windbound is a survival game created by 5 Lives Studio and produced by Deep Silver. It’s a single-player title, and there’s no reason to think about cross-platform competition with other players or find the perfect place to play with your friends.

Release Date

Windbound will be open to all on August 28th. You may pre-order the title right from the website of the company. The game will be available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Windows.

Gameplay

The game involves the lead character, Kara, finding herself shipwrecked on an uncharted island where she has to discover, adapt, and learn how to survive off the ground. You’re going to need to search to survive off the animals while creating your perfect seacraft to return to your tribe.

With no sail, no provisions or supplies, just the courage and the will to survive. Explore the rich resources of this magnificent island. Craft equipment and weapons to hunt and protect yourself from nature, with its wild and wonderful animals.

By exploring more islands and dispersed ruins across their territory, the secrets of the past and the dreams of the future are revealed. Uncover the mystery behind all of them, and you will uncover more than just the way around.
