The comedy-drama television mini-series, Wolf Like Me is written and directed by Abe Forsythe. Bruna Papandrea, Jodi Matterson, Josh Gad, Isla Fisher, and Steve Hutensky are the executive producers of the show.

The series debuted on January 13, 20222, and received positive reviews from critics and audiences. It currently holds an approval rating of 65% on Rotten Tomatoes and has scored 69 out of 100 on Metacritic. Considering the positive response, the makers renewed the series for a second season.

Wolf Like Me Season 2 release Date

In January 2022, the makers have released the first season of the series and on April 26, 2022, it was renewed for a second season. Considering that, the second season should premiere sometime in 2023 but the official release date of it is yet to confirm.
The new season will also have six episodes like the first season, although an official confirmation is yet to confirm it. The series is distributed by NBCUniversal and it will release on Stan and Peacock.

Wolf Like Me Season 2 Plot and Cast

The makers have not revealed anything about what would happen in Wolf Like Me Season 2. However, it will continue from where the first season ended.

The basic premise follows Gary, a single father living in Adelaide, Australia with his 11-year-old daughter Emma and both of them are still emotionally traumatized by the death of Emma’s mother, Lisa, 7 years earlier. They meet Mary, an isolated advice columnist recovering from her own complex emotional baggage.

But despite her attempts to stay away, they keep meeting again and again, in a cluster of coincidences that imply the hand of destiny. While Gary struggles to connect to his daughter, for Mary reaching Emma is all but effortless. However, Mary’s baggage involves a deadly secret that she fears might hurt the two.

The lead cast members of Season 1 are expected to reprise their roles in Season 2. This includes Isla Fisher, Josh Gad, Ariel Donoghue, Emma Lung, Anthony Taufa, and Alan Dukes.
