In January 2020, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered on September 8, 2021. In November 2021, the series was renewed for a third and final season.

Wu-Tang: An American Saga is set in New York City during the height of the crack cocaine epidemic in the early 1990s. It follows the Wu-Tang Clan’s formation.

The plot of Season 3 of “Wu-Tang: An American Saga” is sure to continue the group’s progress from crime and neighborhood antics to full-blown megastars. T.J. Atoms, who plays Ol’ Dirty Bastard, said, “For the story, you’re going to see what unfolds when the different members get signed to different labels. And we’ll see what happens when they start doing the Wu-Tang thing for real. We’re probably going to see tours and shows.

The main cast includes Siddiq Saunderson as Dennis Coles, Julian Elijah Martinez as Mitchell, Marcus Callender as Oliver, Ashton Sanders as Bobby Diggs, Shameik Moore as Corey Woods, TJ Atoms as Russell Jones, Johnell Xavier and Young as Gary Grice.

We would also get to see Uyoata Udi as Jason Hunter, Erika Alexander as Linda Diggs, Zolee Griggs as Sherrie Diggs, David “Dave East” Brewster as Clifford Smith, Trayce Malachi as Young Bobby Diggs, Jaidon Walls as Young Divine Diggs, Vincent Pastore as Fat Larry and Moise Morancy as Treach.

Wu-Tang: An American Saga Season 3 Release Date

Based on the current release schedule, Season 3 of Wu-Tang: An American Saga is expected to premiere in early September 2022. However, any official date has not been revealed yet.
