Do you guys remember the poster which has been posted yesterday? If not no worries, you can have a look at it here down below. Yes, we are talking about the upcoming Mi Mix 3 device which is going to be unveiled on 25th of October. Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the Mi Mix 3 will be supporting 5G and also will be coming with 10GB of RAM.
So the confirmation regarding the 5G support for the device has been given by Xiaomi Spain, but then the rumors regarding 10GB of RAM was from the Weibo post. Not just this, but the device might also comes with slide-out cameras, have a look at the post down below to get an idea about it. Well so now talking about the RAM, to be honest 10GB is way more excessive than what is actually needed. But then if you would think that these are just the marketing gimmicks, then you are definitely wrong.
The 5G networks are about to come and this might turn out to be a big deal. But then the main problem is we don’t actually have any 5G supporting chips yet, and hence the only option Xiaomi is left with is to go with the external modems, just like the Qualcomm X24 or the X50, but then this will have a huge impact on the battery life.
Looking at the leaks we first thought that the device might come with a notch, but then now it is confirmed that that device will be having 100% screen-to-body ratio because there the camera will be mounted on the sliding back. Wrapping up all the rumors, this device might sport an AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080*2340 pixels. So technically this is going to be the first ever device in the market which will be coming with 10GB of RAM, unless and until OPPO will be launching it’s OPPO find X with 10GB of RAM.
