Created by Bart Nickerson and Ashley Lyle, Yellowjackets is an American psychological horror mystery thriller television drama series. The series has received a positive response from critics and audiences.
The series debuted on November 14, 2021, on Showtime. Nickerson and Lyle are also the series’ executive producers along with Jonathan Lisco, Drew Comins, and Karyn Kusama.

Yellowjackets Season 3 Plot and Cast
A team of girls’ soccer players from New Jersey High School went to a national tournament in Seattle in 1996. Their plane goes down in a wild area and the survivors are forced to adjust according to the situations of the place for the next few months. The group tries to survive while they recall their lives in the past.
Now, coming to the cast of the series which includes Melanie Lynskey and Sophie Nélisse as the adult and teenage versions of Shauna Shipman, Ella Purnell as Jackie Taylor, Warren Kole as Jeff Sadecki, Juliette Lewis and Sophie Thatcher as the adult and teenage versions of Natalie “Nat” Scatorccio. There are Simone Kessell and Courtney Eaton as the adult and teenage versions of Lottie Matthews, Tawny Cypress.
The rest of the cast members include Jasmin Savoy Brown as the adult and teenage versions of Taissa Turner, Steven Krueger as Ben Scott, Christina Ricci, and Sammi Hanratty as the adult and teenage versions of Misty Quigley, Lauren Ambrose, and Liv Hewson as the adult and teenage versions of Vanessa “Van” Palmer, and many more.
Yellowjackets Season 3 Release Date
The makers of Yellowjackets renewed the series for a third season on December 15, 2022, before the second season’s premiere. But the release date for the third season of the series has yet to be confirmed and the second season released on March 26, 2023.
Filming for the series’s second season started at the Hollywood Legion Post 43 in Los Angeles, in August 2022. The cast members who would be featured in the series’ 90s timeline finished filming their portions by this month.
