“YOU’ revolves around a bookstore manager who falls head over heels for an aspiring female writer, this question is put to the test. A charming yet awkward crush becomes something even more sinister when the writer becomes the manager’s obsession. Where is Season 3?
Having seen Mr. Goldberg in both protagonist and antagonist roles in the two seasons, here we are. Waiting for season 3. Waiting to get more of it. Well, the fans are in for a treat. If this COVID-19 doesn’t create any more havoc *fingers crossed* we will have the show released on Netflix on the 9th of April, 2021. If you haven’t watched it already, you have a good 10 months window.
For the cast, we would definitely have Badgley as Joe, Michael Reilly Burke as Love’s father, Saffron Burrows as Love’s mother, Melanie Field as Sunrise, Charlie Barnett as Gabe, Marielle Scott as Lucy, Aldwin Brown as Calvin, Robin Lord Taylor as Will and Jenna Ortega as Ellie. There is solid news on the continuation of the show beyond the third season.
Season 3 of the show would encircle the 8 story pile of bodies he has accumulated in the 2 seasons to fetch his love. It’ll be interesting to see to what extent Joe’s willing to go.
Besides Joe, there would be quite an interrogation for Love as well. With the disclose of Love being guilty of murder, she also surprises not only Joe but everyone watching, that she would be the mother of Joe’s child. With these two points, we saw Season 2 ending with Joe being Joe, who is peeking through a small hole into the neighbor’s backyard which might indicate on the neighbor becoming his new obsession.
Whatever happens, “You” has not failed to surprise us. Keep tuned in for the latest updates!
