Created by Nahnatchka Khan and Jeff Chiang, Young Rock is an American television sitcom that premiered on NBC on February 16, 2021. The series has received generally positive reviews from critics and a holiday special episode aired on December 15, 2021, ahead of the second season premiere on March 15, 2022.

The series is based on the life of professional wrestler and actor Dwayne Johnson, also known by his ring name “The Rock”. In May 2022, the series was renewed for a third season.

Young Rock Season 3 Release Date

Young Rock season 3 premieres on Friday, November 4, at 8:30 pm ET/PT on NBC. Fans should make note of the show’s new night, as it previously aired on Tuesdays. Additionally, for those hoping to catch new episodes on demand, you’ll have to head over to Peacock, which posts episodes the day after they air.

As of now, there is no official release date for season 3 in the UK. However, season 2 is currently available on Sky Comedy.

Young Rock Plot and Cast

Young Rock centers on principal moments in Dwayne Johnson’s life. We can look forward to seeing a sequel of the story picked from Season 2 onwards in which, as the United States proceed towards the election.

It remains to be seen if Dwayne can fulfill his new task and responsibility as a father to his young child and still balance his political aspirations, or if his new role as a parent to his young child gets in his way. His matches are enthralled, and he includes a mixture of good and bad things as the campaign advances. It will be very compelling to see how he manages his new responsibilities.

Makers have not made any official announcements for the cast of Season 3. However, we can expect the previous dramatis personae who appeared in the last two seasons to reprise their roles. This includes Dwayne Johnson as himself, Adrian Grolux as Dwayne Johnson, Bradley Constant as Dwayne Johnson, Uli Latukefu as Johnson, and Stacy Leilua as Ata Johnson.

We will also expect to see the mother of Dwayne Johnson, Joseph Lee Anderson plays Rocky Johnson. He is the father of Dwayne Johnson, and Ana Tuisila is Lia Maivia, who is portrayed as Dwayne’s maternal grandmother.
