American Horror Stories: Release Date, Updates and More!

Published

on

Hello, Reader! The official trailer for American Horror Stories has been released by FX on Hulu, giving us a first peek at what this new anthology series from Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk will be like.

The anthology is a spinoff of sorts from FX’s flagship series American Horror Story, and it reduces Murphy’s time to screw up a story even more. Each episode of the show provides its own, self-contained horror story, thus each installment has a beginning, middle, and finish.

American Horror Stories: Release Date

On July 15, 2021, the spinoff series will premiere. The first two episodes of FX on Hulu will premiere at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). The show will contain a total of 16 episodes, which will be released every Thursday.

American Horror Stories: Official Trailer

The teaser shows off some of the performers, including Billie Lourd, Matt Bomer, and John Carroll Lynch, all of whom appear to be portraying new characters in the film.

The trailer also features a shot of Murder House, and it’s unclear whether one of the episodes will focus on a return to the haunted house where the American Horror Stories franchise began, or if that will be the entire concept of the show — a series of different horror stories set within the walls of the deeply cursed house.

What is this about?

Ryan Murphy created and produced this horror-drama television show. It’s a half-hour spin-off of American Horror Story, with each episode lasting an hour. This is a single anthology series that delves into horror myths, tales, and lore.

Who’s in it?

Murphy and the show’s official social media pages posted a teaser trailer the day before the video dropped, offering fans a sneak glance at the American Horror Stories cast.

Fans will be delighted to see Matt Bomer, Billie Lourd, Evan Peters, and Taissa Farmiga return as original American Horror Story cast members. Sierra McCormick, Kaia Gerber, Charles Melton, Paris Jackson, and Merrin Dungey are among the newcomers to the cast.
