Chicago Fire Season 11: Release Date, Cast and more!

Created by Derek Haas and Michael Brandt, Chicago Fire is an American drama television series. It is the first instalment of Wolf Entertainment’s Chicago franchise, which deals with different public services in Chicago, Illinois. Haas and Brandt also served as executive producers of the show along with Dick Wolf, Matt Olmstead, Danielle Gelber, Joe Chappelle, Arthur W. Forney, Peter Jankowski, Todd Arnow, and Andrea Newman, Michael Gilvary and Reza Tabrizi.

The series premiered on NBC on October 10, 2012. As of 2022, the series had 217 episodes. On February 27, 2020, NBC renewed the series for its ninth, tenth, and eleventh season. The tenth season premiered on September 22, 2021. The eleventh season is set to premiere soon.

Chicago Fire Plot and Cast

There aren’t a lot of details available about the new season at this point. We fully expect to learn more as we approach September.

For now, we know that Season 10 ended with a wedding for Severide and Kidd and after they went on a honeymoon at a cabin, a truck pulled up outside. We don’t know who is in the truck but they could be tied to Severide’s decision to testify against the drug dealers he encountered earlier in the season.

At this point, there hasn’t been any news about casting as yet, but it’s safe to assume that the main characters will continue in the new season. They include Taylor Kinney, Eamonn Walker, Kara Killmer, David Eigenberg, Miranda Rae Mayo, Joe Minoso, Christian Stolte, Daniel Kyri, Alberto Rosende, Hanako Greensmith and more.

Chicago Fire Season 11 Release Date

Chicago Fire Season 11 will premiere Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC. New episodes of Chicago Fire will air Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. All nine seasons of Chicago Fire are available on the streaming service Peacock. Previous seasons are also available on Amazon Prime and IMDBTV.

The number of episodes for the upcoming season is not confirmed as it has been different in the first ten seasons. The series is distributed by NBCUniversal Television Distribution.
