Developed by Senscape, Asylum is an upcoming horror video game, an independent video game developer located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is being authored by Agustín Cordes, who previously designed the game Scratches for the now-defunct developer Nucleosys.
The game is taking place in a fictional insane asylum called the Hanwell Mental Institute, players will be able to fully explore the institute, which is partially based on elements of real asylums. It will have “twisty storytelling” and “horrifying revelations”, and an atmosphere-focused style of horror, much like Scratches.

Asylum Gameplay
People love to play survival horror games and Survival is going to feature one such world for all gamers. But nothing can be said for sure because a release date is not confirmed yet. A few screenshots and videos have been released but nothing much has been disclosed in there. The main place here will be the Hanwell Mental Institute and it is going to feature something weird. All the rooms have a lot of detailing and a different kind of mood. There are reportedly around 100 rooms and there is a possibility that the threats might be different based on the room. The teaser has been already tested for compatibility but the gaming studio has not revealed anything about what is going wrong for now. As per reports, one of the characters is named Bertrand, also known as Subject E14. But apart from this, the level of the threats along with the look of the enemies are yet to be revealed officially from the side of the developers.

On July 9, 2010, the game was officially announced after a previous viral marketing campaign that involved a series of online videos posted on YouTube alleged to be posted by an escaped inmate called Leonard Huntings even a fake website for the Hanwell Mental Institute was also created.
