Coming to the expected cast members, it includes Xolo Maridueña as Jaime Reyes / Blue Beetle, Bruna Marquezine as Penny, George Lopez as Rudy, Belissa Escobedo as Milagros Reyes, Adriana Barraza as Nana, Elpidia Carrillo as Rocio, Raoul Trujillo as Carapax the Indestructible Man, Damián Alcázar as Alberto, and Susan Sarandon as Victoria Kord. Harvey Guillén is also going to appear on the screen however his role is not unrevealed so far.
Blue Beetle Release Date
The filming for the film has begun in May 2022 and wrapped up on July 18 in Puerto Rico. The film was promoted by Soto, Dunnet-Alcocer, and Maridueña at an event in October 2021, where they discussed their preparation for filming and revealed concept art for the film.
The film is scheduled to be aired on August 18, 2023, in the United States. The other unrevealed information is expected to be disclosed in a few days since the release date is approaching.
