Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is an American supernatural horror online television series which Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa produced for Netflix. The show is based on the Archie comic book series of the same name. Warner Bros. Television produced this television series in combination with Berlanti Productions and Archie Comics. Aguirre-Sacasa and Greg Berlanti are executive producers alongside Sarah Schechter, Jon Goldwater and Lee Toland Krieger.
The series centres on the Archie Comics character Sabrina Spellman, played by Kiernan Shipka, and also stars Ross Lynch, Lucy Davis, Chance Perdomo, Michelle Gomez, Jaz Sinclair, Tati Gabrielle, Adeline Rudolph, Lachlan Watson, Gavin Leatherwood, Richard Coyle, and Miranda Otto. Originally in production during September 2017 at The CW, the series was planned to be a series of companions to Riverdale; instead in December 2017, the show was moved to Netflix with a straight-to-series order consisting of twenty episodes. Filming has taken place in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is set in the fictitious city of Greendale. It’s a grim coming-of-age novel that involves horror and witchcraft. Sabrina Spellman must reconcile her dual identity as a half-Witch, half-mortal, while battling against the dark powers that endanger her, her family and the human daytime universe.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 5 cast:
The main cast of this show is Kiernan Shipka who plays Sabrina Spellman. Her character is a half-human, half-witch teenager wbo’s attending Baxter High, who is just beginning her dark education, while trying to maintain a normal life. Ross Lynch plays the role of Harvey Kinkle, who is Sabrina’s charming boyfriend but then turns to date her best friend in the later seasons. Lucy Davis is seen as Hildegarde Antoinette “Hilda” Spellman who is one of Sabrina’s two witch aunts. Miranda Otto depicts Zelda Phiona Spellman, another one of Sabrina’s witch aunts.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 5 Release Date:
According to the Entertainment Weekly article, the producers of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina have confirmed the release date of their final season to 31 December 2020. The last part of the show is going to have eight episodes. These one-hour long episodes are going to chronicle Sabrina’s journey ahead.
