Falcon And The Winter Soldier confirmed by Anthony Mackie

Marvel’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is the next series thatAs fans are waiting eagerly. Many productions have stopped due to COVID 19 and Marvel’s production is also affected. Series star Sebastian Stan mentioned a few weeks ago that the Disney+ show had gotten “far enough” in filming. However, the production team hasn’t provided any information yet. Now, Anthony Mackie has provided an update regarding  The Falcon and the Winter Soldier  During a chat with Jimmy on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Anthony Mackie on Marvel’s Falcon And The Winter Soldier had some positive news to share.

What did Anthony Mackie say on Jimmy’s Show?

‘I’m happy to say we are not canceled. We are on hold. So we’re going back hopefully sometime soon and finish it up. We have very little stuff to do. I’m very happy with it. We have a little bit more to go back to do, but everybody rest assured, it will come out. We are not canceled’. Even if the cancellation chances of Falcon And The Winter Soldier were less but still these words are insurance is good for the fans.

When is The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Schedule to Release?

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in August, but the lockdowns and shutdowns might delay the show’s release. There is no official date announcement until now, but we can expect it to release soon. Last month, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier got permission to continue filming in the Czech Republic after new guidelines were put in place by the country’s film commission.

What does Anthony Mackie feel about Sam?

Mackie played a veteran while playing Sam Wilson in Captain: America: Winter Soldier. That movie opened with Sam and Steve Rogers on a morning run in Washington DC, with Steve repeatedly passing Sam, saying “On your left.”

Mackie went on saying, “I had no experience with comic books whatsoever. Comic books weren’t my thing. My brother had crates and crates of comic books, and he used to beat me up because I would rip his comic books up.”

Even though he had little interest in Comics but managed to get the movies. Mackie said, “The Falcon has been my Oscar. I feel like there are few rewards that can justify a career, a body of work, the way Marvel has in entrusting me with this character, not just for the African-American community, but the veteran community in general … I’m very honored to play that role.”
