Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney Schwartz puts a full stop to her body-shaming issues which she had been facing for the past years. Body shaming had been a major problem and is increasing day by day. Unfortunately, Katie is not the only victim, but thousands of people had been facing the same, especially the teenagers on a regular basis.
Her journey wasn’t easy. She had to go through a rough journey of self -hatred to reach the destination of self-love, and she isn’t ashamed of her body anymore, but of people who made her hate herself all these years.
On episode 23 of season 6 of Vanderpump Rules, she shares her inspirational journey to self-love, talking about her accident which happened 10 years ago. She never talked about this on any national television or on social media. Her fans thought that it was very brave of her to share the traumatized past and people with similar body issues will get encouraged. She admits that a bad relationship with self will lead to a bad relationship with everybody.
Katie even shared a few tips on her Instagram story a few days back and pushed her fans towards positivity and to shun the negative comments from unwanted people. She lost 20 pounds and feels great about it. Her dieting made her discover the deep problems with her internal systems and helped her understand her metabolism and the kind of food she must intake and avoid.
