Little Demon: Release Date, Plot, Cast and more!

The upcoming adult animation series, Little Demon, is a creation of Darcy Fowler, Kieran Valla, Seth Kirschner, who are also executive producers of the show. The comedy-horror has been rated ‘A’ as it exhibits a certain level of nudity and usage of explicit language. As according to Kirschener, the makers are in no way even pixelating the scenes until they are “told no”. Keep reading to know more.

Little Demon: Plot and Cast

The plot revolves around Chrissy, an Antichrist and the daughter of Satan, and her mother, Laura Feinberg. 13 years ago, Laura was impregnated by the Devil which followed the birth of Chrissy. Cut to 13 years later, one not-so-fine day, Chrissy discovers her real identity of being the devil’s daughter when she accidentally kills her bullies. While on one end, Laura is trying her best to lead a normal life in Delaware with her half-demon teenage daughter, on the other, she and Chrissy are facing a number of monstrous forces, that includes Satan himself as he is willing to gain the custody of his daughter.

The voice cast of Little Demon comprises Lucy DeVito as Chrissy, the Antichrist and the daughter of the devil, Danny DeVito as the Satan, and Aubrey Plaza as Laura Feinberg, the protective and well-meaning mother of Chrissy. On a rather interesting note, Satan and the daughter are not only related in the animated life but they share the father-daughter relationship in real life as well. The voice cast also includes Mel Brooks, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Pamela Adlon, Will Jackson Harper, Shangela, Patrick Wilson, Rhea Perlman, June Diane Raphael, Dave Bautista, Toks Olagundoye, Sam Richardson, Lamorne Morris, and Michael Shannon.

Little Demon: Release Date

Little Demon premieres on August 25, 2022, on FXX. On the day of release, the first two episodes will be launched at 10 p.m. ET/PT followed by releasing the remaining ones on a weekly basis. The episodes will be available to stream on Hulu the following day.
