Based on the weekly column of the same name published by The New York Times, “Modern Love” is an American romantic comedy anthology series that explores “love in its multitude of forms – including sexual, romantic, familial, platonic, and self-love,” which are presented in eight half-hour episodes.

HERE’S EVERYTHING WE KNOW ABOUT SEASON 2 OF “MODERN LOVE”!

The Second Season of “Modern Love” streams worldwide on Friday, August 13, 2021, on Amazon Prime Video. Although the plotline isn’t confirmed, we can look forward to a similar concept as that of the first season which was based on the articles in the popular New York Times column.

Kit Harrington, Tobias Menzies, Sophie Okonedo, Anna Paquin, and Minnie Driver are all confirmed to star in Modern Love season two.

Further casting includes Dominique Fishback, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Susan Blackwell, Lucy Boynton, Tom Burke, Zoe Chao, Maria Dizzia, Grace Edwards, Kathryn Gallagher, Garrett Hedlund, Telci Huynh, and Nikki M. James, Apara Nancherla, Larry Owens, Zane Pais, Isaac Powell, Ben Rappaport, Milan Ray, Jack Reynor, Miranda Richardson, Marquis Rodriguez, James Scully, Zuzanna Szadkowski, Lulu Wilson, Don Wycherley, and Jeena Yi.

John Carney – the writer, director, and executive producer of Modern Love – will return for the second series. He said:

The possibilities are truly endless. Subsequent seasons can really branch out and dig deep into what it means to love in this complicated world.
