Created by Shane Brennan, NCIS: Sydney is an upcoming Australian police procedural television series. It will be a spin-off of the long-running series NCIS and the fifth series in the NCIS franchise.
In February 2022, Paramount+ announced it had commissioned a series of the NCIS franchise to be filmed in Sydney, Australia. It will debut on Paramount+ and Network 10 in Australia in 2023.

NCIS: Sydney Plot and Cast
Like the other series in the long-running NCIS franchise, NCIS: Sydney will follow a talented and tireless team of Naval Criminal Investigative Services agents dedicated to solving criminal cases involving the Marines and the Navy.
As of yet, there have been no casting announcements made for NCIS: Sydney. It is still very early days so the drama is still likely in the planning stages.
The series will be filmed in Sydney so is expected to feature Australian actors but it hasn’t been announced if the show is keen to hire new or already existing talent.
NCIS: Sydney Release Date
It’s been confirmed that NCIS: Sydney will debut globally sometime in 2023, although we can’t be more specific than that at this time. It might get delayed later for some reason.
The series will be available for streaming on Paramount+ Australia as well as broadcaster Network 10. The number of episodes for the new show has not been confirmed until now.

As for now, there is no trailer for NCIS: Sydney just yet. The announcement has only just been made and with no casting news, it is believed filming is yet to begin. As NCIS: Sydney is slated for release in 2023, fans of the franchise should expect a teaser to come out sometime next year.
