Developed by Recreate Games, Party Animals is a multiplayer physics-based brawler/party game that is published by Source Technology. The game’s demo was released for free trial and it was accessible for only four days in June 2020. It was available at the Steam Game Festival: Summer Edition. The trial was released for the second time for nine days in October of the same year at the Steam Game Festival: Autumn Edition.

Recreate Games are the main developers and Luo Zixiong is the founder of this studio. The first tease of the game was released in 2019 and the demos were released by 2020. It will be available for consoles sometime in the future. Party Animals will be released on September 20, 2023, for Microsoft Windows (via Steam), Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
The response towards the game was highly positive and around 135,834 players were playing it at the Steam Game Festival: Autumn Edition. The game also accumulated the highest views on Twitch in terms of gameplay streaming.
Party Animals: Gameplay
Party Animals won’t feature a lot of thrilling and exciting elements. Players would get to choose protagonists in the form of animals but they would come with special powers. The animals would be able to confront enemies like human beings and also choose their weapons at the same time. However, players would run out of life once they are significantly damaged but they will be able to replay by recovering in certain conditions. Two different modes are being added including Last Stand and Snatch Squad. In the first one, the player has to confront seven animals and he or she needs to survive until the end. The second one will have two teams with four players fighting for gummies and that could be thrown into their area for scoring more. Four maps and eleven characters are available in the game’s wide collection of choices.
