“Penny Dreadful City of Angels” Episode 6: Release Date, Cast, Plot and More!

Penny Dreadful: City of Angels is back with yet another “Dark” episode! And hence, we have got details for you. Read to know more!

Penny Dreadful: City of Angels is an American Dark Fantasy television series. It is created by John Logan. It premieres on Showtime and DisneyPlus Hotstar. And they are soon going to release the new episode.

Penny Dreadful: City of Angels Episode 6 – Release Date

The next episode we all are waiting for is episode number 6. And it looks like we don’t have to wait for more. For the next episode is almost here.

Episode 6 is named “How It Is With Brothers”. The episode will be decided to be aired on May 31st. The timing will be 10 P.M. E.T. Keep reading for the basics you’ll need to know for the next episode.

Cast

Natalie Dormer as Magda, a supernatural demon. Also, Daniel Zovatto as Santiago a.k.a Tiago, the LAPD’s first Mexcian-American detective.

We’ll also get to see Kerry Bishe as Molly, the radio evangelist. And Adriana Barraza as Maria Vega, and, Jessica Garza as Josefina Vega, the matriarch and the youngest child of the Vega family respectively.

Also, Michael Gladis as Charlton Townsend, the head of the LA city’s transportation committee. And Johnathan Nieves as Mateo Vega, Tiago’s younger brother.

Along with them, Rory Kinnear as peter Craft, a pediatrician. And also, Nathan lane as Lewis Michener, a former LAPD officer.

Plot

Set nearly 50 years after the original series, Penny Dreadful: City of Angels showcases the Golden Age of Hollywood. It was also shown in the 1930s.

The events take place in 1938 in Los Angeles. It was also the time and place that was “deeply infused with Mexican-American folklore and social tension.

The characters were created in a way to create their points. From the Mexican folklore deity, Santa Muerte, and the demoness Magda. They both don’t believe in mankind and hence, step outside to prove their points, more likely to prove their belief system.

“How It Is With Brothers”? What Will We Get To See?

So, as we all know about the whole season of Penny Dreadful: the City of Angles is shocking to us on every step. Here comes Episode 6, which is also full of surprises.

Diego (Adan Rocha) gets cross-questioned by Tiago and Lewis. Also, Townsend a.k.a. Councilman Charlton gets to know about Kurt’s (Dominic Sherwood) shocking past.

Adelaide (Amy Madigan) alerts Molly to stop her personal wants. And Peter Craft (Rory Kinnear) decides to get married to Linda (Piper Perabo).

Maria (Adriana Barraza), on the other hand, finds out where Mateo (Johnathan Nieves) is. And asks him to come back home.
