Netflix is ready to launch its one of a kind-true crime docuseries ‘Trial By Media’. This series will focus on how media may have impacted many judicial decisions in a variety of real cases. The series is set to release on May 11, 2020.
Versatile documentary filmmakers have worked in this new project including Garrett Bradley of ‘Time’ fame and Yance Ford {‘Strong Island’}.

It reads: In this true crime-docuseries, some of the most dramatic trials of all time are examined with an emphasis on how the media may have impacted verdicts.

It also tick marks the role of media in these cases and how the path changed from its normal course gradually. These cases are said to be the most audacious in recent history. Media has the power to alter people’s perception of a criminal offense and its subsequent trial in courtrooms. Netflix captured this idea exactly to team up with the most prominent film-makers to give us this new series

As of now, Netflix has confirmed six episodes but this number may increase later. The official release date is May 11, 2020. The series is a product of Supper creation in a relationship with Smokehouse Pictures. Skye Borgman, Garrett Bradley, Yance Ford coordinated this series. The identified executive producers are Jeffrey Toobin [journalist], Court TV Founder Steven Brill, George Clooney, Grant Heslov, Jason Sterman, David Gelb, and Brian Mc Ginn.
Some of the important cases to be featured in the six parts of ‘Trial By Media’ are Jenny Jones made-for-court trial, New York police shooting down an unarmed African worker Amadou Diallo several times, and Rod Blagojevich’s downward slide in politics.
