The Netflix original series focuses on the daughter of the family, Wednesday, who’s now a teenager and has latent psychic powers, which she learns more about throughout the first season. The lead character is expelled from various schools for her behavior. She then joins the Nevermore Academy, a school for children like her. It is the same place where her parents got romantically linked to each other.
