Created by José Ignacio Valenzuela and produced by Perro Azul, “Who Killed Sara?” is a Mexican mystery thriller streaming television series starring Manolo Cardona as Álex Guzmán, a man convicted for the murder of his sister, a crime that he did not commit and premiered on March 24, 2021, on Netflix.

Hell-bent on exacting revenge and proving he was framed for his sister’s murder, Álex sets out to unearth much more than the crime’s real culprit.

Season two premiered on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, on Netflix.

After 18 years in prison, Álex takes his revenge on the Lazcano family, who framed him for the murder of his sister Sara to save their reputation.

The new trailer for season two reveals that Sara may not be as innocent as we once thought. We see Sara kicking someone (who looks like her friend Marifer, a.k.a. Diana the Huntress) down the stairs and trashing her room. As for the Lazcanos, it appears that Elisa gets kidnapped and Clara’s plan to woo Chema succeeds. We see what looks like Clara and Marifer conspiring against Chema. Could Marifer be getting revenge for something Sara did to her? Could she be the true killer?
