10-Year-Old-Tom, an adult animated comedy gets the green signal from HBO Max! This series is created by Steve Dildarian and animation old-timer Nick Weidenfield. The comedy series is produced by Tomorrow Studios. ITV Studios is the international distributor of the series.
What Is 10-Year-Old-Tom All About?
The series focuses on the story of Tom. He struggles with corruption by the grownups around him just by leaving his house each day. He faces a lot of problems and comes across bad influences in the world outside his house. From disputatious parents to bus drivers who are drug dealers, he faces them all. But that’s not it, he has to deal with band teachers who want to sleep with his mom. If you think that’s bad, you are highly mistaken. Poor kid, can’t get a break at all!
When Tom puts up a lemonade stall, he is sued for gross negligence. If he plays baseball, he is encouraged to trail with steroids. The worst of all, when he visits the school nurse, he is witness to insurance fraud. The grownups in Tom’s life do make it hard for him but they mean well. They just do not know the concept of ‘leading by example’!

Here’s What The Team Behind The Show Said!
Suzanna Makkos, Executive Vice President Original Comedy, and Animation said, “Steve is a singular comedic voice and also a brilliant visual artist. Combined with Nick’s animation acumen, they make for a winning team. We are thrilled to bring that unique combination to HBO Max as they explore the complications and hilarity of being a child in modern America.”
Steve Dildarian said, “I’m so excited to be making this show, and couldn’t ask for better partners than HBO Max, Nick Weidenfield and Tomorrow Studios. I can’t wait to tell these stories through the eyes of Tom, an innocent kid trying to navigate a world that seems to get crazier by the day.” Dildarian is the creator, writer, producer and voice of Tim in the HBO animated series ‘The Life & Times Of Tim’.
Nick Weidenfield added, “Not only is Steve insanely funny, but he is also one of the rare talents that can write, draw and do voices. He’s the triple threat that is the foundation of all great animated shows.”
Well, the team of the animated series is a talented bunch and hopefully, the series is as great as it is portrayed!
