Pieces Of Her is an upcoming American thriller drama web television series that is based on a novel of the same name by Karin Slaughter published in 2018. Charlotte Stoudt created the series while also acting as an executive producer along with Bruna Papandrea and Lesli Linka Glatter. Made Up Stories and Endeavour Content serve as the production companies for the television show. Netflix will serve as the distributor for the show.

Pieces of Her: Cast and Plot

The main female protagonist, Andrea Oliver celebrates her thirty first birthday with her mother Laura at a local diner. What was supposed to be a happy day for both mother and daughter, ends up in a horrible mishap that seems to have long term consequences for Andrea.

Andrea witnesses an accident, a mass shooting, that threatens to change her life forever. While witnessing a mass shooting itself is a very traumatic experience, what happens after really makes Andrea rethink her entire life.

What she witnesses is her mother walk up to the shooter and convince them not to kill any more victims. While she manages to do that, she suddenly decides otherwise and kills the shooter itself. Soon, Andrea begins to realize she doesn’t know as much about her mother’s past as she thought she did.

The video of the mass shooting soon becomes a viral hit and Laura’s identity is now under threat from her previous enemies. This forces Andrea to go through her mother’s past and find out what it was that she really did. But what does she find?
