The show features Tyler Lepley as Ian, Grace Byers as Quinn, Meagan Good as Camille, Jerrie Johnson as Tye, Shoniqua Shandal as Angie. Other supporting actors include Juani Feliz, Kadeem Ali Harris, Ariana Jalia, Jonathan Burke, Eriks Henningsen, Christine Jones, Ryan Love, Warner Miller, and Nnkeka Okafor. 

Tracy Oliver is the creator, co-writer, and executive producer of the show. The show is partly directed by Malcolm D. Lee, Stacy Muhammed, and Neema Barnette. Matt Edwards is the cinematographer, Christian Kinnard, and Kate Pedatella are the editors and Bryan Carrigan is the music editor of the show. The show is developed in the production of Amazon Studios in collaboration with Universal Television, Universal Studio Group, and Paper Kite Productions.
