It is the fourth television series in the Pretty Little Liars franchise, which is based on the novel series written by Sara Shepard, and set within the same continuity as the previous series.

The executive producers of the series are Marlene King, Gina Girolamo, Leslie Morgenstein, Caroline Baron, Michael Grassi, and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. The series premiered on July 28, 2022, and in September 2022, the series was renewed for a second season.

Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin Plot and Cast

The makers of the series have not revealed anything related to the plot of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin Season 2. However, we can expect that season 2 will pick up the story from where it left in the previous season.

The first season follows the lives of a group of teenage girls who live in Millwood, Pennsylvania, after receiving terrifying and cryptic messages from a mysterious assailant named “A”, holding them responsible for something tragic that their mothers did that resulted in the death of a classmate 22 years earlier. The girls are forced to team up to figure out what happened during the year 1999 and what roles their mothers played that resulted in the tragedy.

Talking about the cast includes, Bailee Madison as Imogen Adams, Chandler Kinney as Tabby Haworthe, Zaria as Faran Bryant, Malia Pyles as Minnie “Mouse” Honrada, Maia Reficco as Noa Olivar, and many more are there.

Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin Season 2 Release Date

HBO Max announced in September 2022 that a second season of The Thrill Kills would be released. However, the release date of the season is still unknown, and season two doesn’t appear to have started filming just yet.

Additionally, with only a few loose ends to be closed, the series came to an almost definitive end. There are plenty of reasons to continue the celebration with a vast connected universe to explore and a passionate fan community.
