Created by Claudia Karvan and Kelsey Munro, Bump is a comedy-drama series produced for Stan. Karvan is also the producer of the show alongside Daniel Edwards and John Edwards.

The first season of the series premiered on January 1, 2021 followed by the second season on December 26, 2021. The show has received decent feedback from critics and audiences and has been rated 7.6/10 on IMDb. It has been already renewed for a third season.

The second season of Bump premiered on December 2021 and it was later renewed for a third season. The makers have still not revealed the plot details for Season 3.

The basic premise of the show follows Oly, an ambitious and high-achieving teenage girl who has a surprise baby. An unexpected pregnancy complicates the lives of two families. The show has been filmed on and around Sydney Secondary College Blackwattle Bay Campus.

Coming to the cast, it is expected that the lead cast members of Season 1 are expected to reprise their roles in Season 2. This includes Claudia Karvan, Nathalie Morris, Carlos Sanson Jr, Angus Sampson, Catalina Palma Godoy, Safia Arain and Paula Garcia. There is a possibility that Ioane Saula, Peter Thurnwald, Ricardo Scheihing Vasquez, Roman Delo, Sarah Meacham, Claudia de Giusti and Miguel Andrade might come back.

Bump Season 3 Release Date

The makers have not revealed a release date for Bump Season 3. However, online reports that the third season will begin production in 2022. Considering that, the third season should release by the end of 2022 or in mid-2023.

The new season is expected to have ten episodes like the first two seasons. The makers are yet to confirm other details related to the upcoming season.
