Created by Carlos Quintanilla Sakar, Adriana Pelusi, and Miguel García Moreno, Control Z is a Mexican teen drama streaming television series that premiered on Netflix on 22 May 2020. The series was renewed for a second season on 29 May 2020 which was released on 4 August 2021.

Fernando Rovzar and Billy Rovzar are the executive producers and it is produced by Lemon Studios. The series was renewed for a third and final season, which is scheduled to premiere soon.

Control Z Plot and Cast

As we’ve seen in the first 2 seasons, where someone disrupts the lives of the students of Colegio Nacional through technology. In season 1 Raul revealed secrets while Alex put people’s lives at risk in season 2. Like the previous season, the third season will likely pick up where the second season ended. Everyone may face trial as a consequence of what happened to the principal.

So the plot might revolve around the students trying to cover up the crime but there might be someone who will try to nullify the students’ efforts. With so many unfinished storylines, no romantic relationship really won in the end, which will probably be left to the third season, and Javier’s and Sofia’s rekindled friendship, there will probably not be another love triangle.

The students may have to gather money and themselves to save Natalia in Season 3. The development of the love triangle of Sofia, Raul, and Javier is also a reason why so many fans will be tuning in for Control Z Season 3.
Fans are divided between rooting for Raul or Javier, we have to wait for Season 3 to see which couple becomes the endgame.

Season 3 of Control Z is for sure going to have lots of plot twists and turns and it is going to be very exciting to see how our main character, Sofia is going to unravel the secrets and unmask the antagonists of the show.

The regular cast of the first two seasons are expected to return in Season 3. Ana Valeria Becerril as Sofía Herrera, Michael Ronda as Javier Williams, and Yankel Stevan as Raúl León will for sure return as the main cast.

Reports and speculation say that in the new season of Control Z we might see new characters. The name of the actors hasn’t been disclosed by Netflix yet. The reveal of the new characters on Control Z Season 3 will be very exciting to watch.

Control Z Season 3 Release Date

Within a month of the release of Season 2, Control Z was renewed for a third season. The makers have confirmed that Season 3 will release on July 6, 2022.

The new season might consist of eight episodes like the first two seasons and the rest of the details are yet to be revealed.
