On January 17, 2023, Principal photography has begun for the show at Trilith Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. Agatha: Coven of Chaos is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in late 2023, as a part of Phase Five of the MCU. The upcoming series will consist of nine episodes in total.
