Created by Guy Burt, Alex Rider is a British spy thriller television series based on the novel series of the same name by Anthony Horowitz. Burt and Horowitz are also executive producers alongside Eve Gutierrez, Jill Green, Paula Cuddy, Nicole Finnan, and Wayne Garvie.

The first season of the show premiered on June 4, 2020, followed by the second season on December 3, 2021. The show received a positive response from critics and holds an approval rating of 85% on rotten tomatoes. Considering the positive response, the makers have renewed the series for a third season.

Alex Rider Plot and Cast

Towards the end of Alex Rider Season 2, Damian develops a supercomputer that can obtain nuclear launch codes with the help of 200 million game logins. He can pose as the President as well as set nukes for launch, and that will wipe out areas of the world drugs are known to come from, and kill 1.14 million innocent people.

Sabina and Alex try to stop him from hurting Yassen but Damian defeats Alex. Yassen assassinates Damian while he tries to assassinate Alex. Alex Rider Season 3 Release Date

The second season of Alex Rider premiered in December 2021 and the show was later renewed for a third season. Considering that, the third season should premiere sometime in 2023.

The new season might consist of eight episodes like the previous two seasons, although an official confirmation is awaited. The series is produced by Eleventh Hour Films and Sony Pictures Television.
