American psychological thriller television series, Surface is created by Veronica West for Apple TV+. The series first premiered on July 29, 2022, on Apple TV+.
The series follows Sophie the main character of the series who survives a suicide attempt and loses her memory on what made her jump. She tries to join the clues and find the reason behind her suicide attempt. West is also the executive producer of the series along with Sam Miller, Lauren Neustadter, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Reese Witherspoon.

There is no news regarding the plot of Surface Season 2 but we hope that the new season will continue from where the first season concludes. The basic premise of the series follows Sophie who loses her memories following a suicide attempt and tries to find out why she tried to end her life.

The makers of Surface have renewed the show for a second season on December 2, 2022. The developers have recently announced the official release date for the upcoming season, which is scheduled to be released on August 30, 2024. The first season of Surface consisted of 8 episodes so, we hope that the upcoming season of the series will also have the same number of episodes as season 1.
