Chapelwaite Season 2: Release Date, Plot and more!

Written by Jason Filardi and Peter Filardi, Chapelwaite is an American horror television series based on the short story “Jerusalem’s Lot” by American writer Stephen King. Jason and Peter are also the executive producers of the show along with Donald De Line.

The first season of the show premiered on August 22, 2021, on Epix in the United States and CTV Sci-Fi Channel in Canada. In India, it is streaming on SonyLIV. The series holds an approval rating of 63% on Rotten Tomatoes. Despite the mixed response, the makers have renewed the show for a second season.

Chapelwaite Plot and Cast

Season 1 of Chapelwaite is set somewhere in the 1850s, and for Season 2, we would love to see not more than 25-30 years jump if it happens.

Much like Jakob and Stephen, many hungry vampires wanted the power. So Charles is bound to face a journey of battles if he wants to keep going along the line. So even if Jakob and Stephen are gone, there may be stronger Vampires who might be willing to bring the vampire who Jakob referred to as Worm God into this new world.

Also, in the first season, we were only this close to watching the world turn to the vision Charles saw. There was only human flesh laying all around.

The cast members we can expect to see in the next season includes Adrien Brody, Emily Hampshire, Jennifer Ens, Sirena Gulamgaus, Ian Ho, Eric Peterson, Christopher Heyerdahl, Julian Richings, Steven McCarthy and Gord Rand.

Chapelwaite Season 2 Release Date

The release date of Chapelwaite Season 2 is not confirmed until. According to speculations, Season 2 will premiere in late 2022 or at the start of 2023.

The new season is expected to have ten episodes like the previous season. Any other changes are expected to be revealed by the makers in the next few months.
