DC League of Super Pets: Release Date, Cast, Trailer, Plots and More!

DC League of Super-Pets is an upcoming 2022 American 3D computer-animated superhero comedy film based on the DC Comics team Legion of Super-Pets. Jared Stern directed the film and co-wrote the screenplay with John Whittington.
Dwayne Johnson takes the production reins for Warner Bros Animation’s upcoming feature film DC League of Super-Pets which features Johnson, Kate McKinnon, Keanu Reeves, John Krasinski, Kevin Hart, and more.

DC League of Super-Pets: Casts and Plot!

Its voice cast includes Dwayne Johnson (who also produces the film), Kevin Hart, Kate McKinnon, John Krasinski, Vanessa Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, Diego Luna, Thomas Middleditch, Ben Schwartz, and Keanu Reeves.

Here is a list of voice actors with their respective roles in the film:

Dwayne Johnson as Krypto, Superman’s dog. Kevin Hart as Ace, a hound who acquires the powers of super strength and invulnerability. Vanessa Bayer plays PB, a potbellied pig who acquires the power to grow in scale. Also, Natasha Lyonne voices Merton, a turtle who acquires super speed. Diego Luna performs the character of Chip, a squirrel who acquires electric powers. John Krasinski portrays Clark Kent / Superman, a superhero from Krypton who protects Metropolis and Krypto’s owner. Marc Maron as Lex Luthor, the CEO of LexCorp and Superman’s archenemy.
Additionally, Kate McKinnon, Keanu Reeves, Thomas Middleditch, Ben Schwartz, and Jameela Jamil are cast in undisclosed roles. The Justice League (consisting of Superman, Diana Prince / Wonder Woman, Victor Stone / Cyborg, Jessica Cruz / Green Lantern, and Bruce Wayne / Batman) will also appear.

When the Justice League is captured by Lex Luthor, Superman’s dog, Krypto, forms a team of shelter pets who were given superpowers. A hound named Ace becomes super-strong and indestructible, while a pig named PB, can grow to giant size. Also, a turtle named Merton becomes super-fast, and a squirrel named Chip gains electric powers.

DC League of Super-Pets will be produced by Warner Animation Group, DC Entertainment, and Seven Bucks Productions and scheduled to be theatrically released in the United States on May 20, 2022, by Warner Bros. Pictures.
