Netflix has announced that the American adult animated show F Is for Family (Season 5) is coming soon! After a successful four-season run, it was announced in October 2020 that the show has been renewed for a fifth and final season. The series is created by Bill Burr and Michael Price and is set in the 0s. It shows the story of a dysfunctional family in the suburban town of Rustvale. Thus, the show presents an interesting dynamic and is a light and fun watch. The series has also received positive reviews from critics.
F Is for Family (Season 5): Plot and Cast
The show ended on a cliffhanger in the last episode of the previous season. Therefore we can definitely expect a resolution for it in the upcoming one. From the trailer of, however, it can be deduced that the news won’t be good as Big Bill is implied to be dead. This will cause a major shock to the Murphys as they try to deal with the impact. It will also lead Frank on a journey to understand the bigger meaning of his father’s life. Frank will grapple with both grievings and forgiving his previously emotionally abusive father. Hence, Season 5 will definitely be an emotional one in the wake of Big Bill’s death.
The entire cast of season 4 will be returning for the final season. This includes Bill Burr as Frank Murphy, Laura Dern as Sue Murphy, Justin Long as Kevin Murphy, and Haley Reinhart as Bill Murphy. Also, Sam Rockwell will be returning as Vic Reynolds and Debi Derryberry as Maureen Murphy.
