American science fiction television series, Invasion is created for Apple TV+ by Simon Kinberg and David Weil. An alien invasion is seen via different perspectives on different people in different spots worldwide.

Kinberg and Weil are also the executive producers of the series along with Jakob Verbruggen, Andrew Baldwin, Elisa Ellis, Amy Kaufman, and Audrey Chon. The series debuted on October 22, 2021.

Invasion Plot and Cast

Unless the show takes a detour following the first season, it seems the program will be faithful to the original concept of an extraterrestrial invasion. Simon Kinberg said that this is expected to happen and speaking about the renewal, Steven Kinberg stated that he is enthusiastic about the plans that have been made for the second season.

Now talking about the cast, includes Golshifteh Farahani as Aneesha Malik, Aziz Capkurt as Kuchi, Shioli Kutsuna as Mitsuki Yamato, Shamier Anderson as Trevante Cole, Firas Nassar as Ahmed “Manny” Malik, and many more are there.

Invasion Season 2 Release Date

Apple Tv+ renewed Invasion for a second season on October 7, 2021, which is set to release in the summer of 2023. But the exact release date of it is yet to be confirmed. It is expected that the new season will also have the same number of episodes but an official announcement is yet to confirm it.

The first season was released on October 22, 2021, and ended on November 19, 2021. The series is produced by Boat Rocker Media and Kinberg Genre.
