Detailed information about Journey to Foundation’s gameplay has not been revealed until now. But as per reports, players will be embarking on a different kind of journey inside a world called The Periphery. The relationships and loyalties will go through test in here and they have to decide what would remain until the end.
The main character is Ward, who is an agent of the Commission of Public Safety and he is told to investigate civil unrest at the Galactic Empire. The Empire has been in peace for around 12,000 years but things are slowly starting to get affected and now internal revolt and other issues are going to leave a bad impact.
The mission will be to find the group of defectors planning to leave the Empire and join the Foundation. It is an organization that has been been established by the psychohistorian Hari Seldon who is trying to predict the Fall of the Empire. The player also needs to join the defectors to know more about the Foundation and save humanity in the end.
