Everything’s Gonna Be Okay is an American comedy television series. Australian comedian Josh Thomas created this series. Also, Thomas previously created, wrote, directed and starred in the semi-autobiographical award-winning series Please Like Me. ‘Everything’s Gonna Be Okay’ premiered on Freeform on 16 January 2020.
Nicholas, a 25-year-old Australian, visits his American father and two teenage half-sisters in Los Angeles. During his visit, he learns that their father is terminally ill and wants Nicholas to become the guardian to Genevieve and Matilda, because their mother is already dead.

We have the whole main cast coming back for the sequel. Josh Thomas as Nicholas, a neurotic, gay Australian entomologist in his twenties. Kayla Cromer as Matilda, Nicholas’ autistic half-sister. Cromer herself is autistic, which she felt helped her land the part despite self-submitting without an agent. Adam Faison as Alex, Nicholas’ new boyfriend. Maeve Press as Genevieve, Nicholas’ 14-year-old half-sister who is always angry.
