Prodigal Son: Here’s all you need and want to know about the show!

“Prodigal son” is an American police procedural drama television series that features a fresh take on a crime franchise with a provocative and outrageous lead character and a darkly comedic tone that premiered on September 23, 2019, on the Fox Broadcasting Company.
From Emmy Award-nominated executive producers Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter (“Riverdale”) and writers Chris Fedak (“Chuck”) and Sam Sklaver (“Deception”).
Malcolm Bright, a former FBI profiler, is the son of a serial killer and suspects that he himself might become a sociopath. He solves crimes for the NYPD as a form of absolution for his upbringing.

SEASON 2 DETAILS:

The second season of the Prodigal Son premiered on Tuesday, January 12 at 9 P.M ET on Fox Premiere.

 Season 2 will likely (as evidenced by the teaser trailer,) continue building on Ainsley’s transformation and how it affects a perennially traumatized Malcolm, who—in the complete opposite manner—was able to prove that he was not his father.
