Glitch: Release Date, Cast, and more!

Directed by Roh Deok, Glitch is an upcoming South Korean streaming television which is created by Netflix. The series is produced by Studio 329 and written by Extracurricular TV series writer Jin Han-said.

The series tells the story of Hong Ji-Hyo who tries to track down her missing boyfriend with the help of members of a UFO club. It is scheduled to premiere soon on Netflix.

Glitch Plot and Cast

Hong Ji-Hyo is from a rich family with many connections. She is hired through a family connection and has a steady job.One night her boyfriend of four years suddenly disappears. She uncovers the truth behind a mysterious secret with the help of a community of UFO watchers.

Heo Bo-ra, a member of the UFO watcher community uses a keyboard as her weapon, with her help Hong Ji-Hyo is searching for her boyfriend.

Talking about the cast, Jeon Yeo-been as Hong Ji-Hyo and Nana as Heo Bo-ra will play the lead roles. The rest of the cast members include Lee Dong-hwi as Lee Si-kook who is the boyfriend of Hong Ji-Hyo, Ryu Kyung-soo as Kim Byung-jo, a life order police officer, and Baek Joo-hee, Jung Da-bin, and others.

Glitch Release Date

Like most of the series, filming for this one was delayed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, it resumed on May 21, 2021, and concluded on December 23, 2021.

Meanwhile, the makers have confirmed that the new series will consist of ten episodes. Further details shall be revealed in the upcoming few months.
