The newest attorney in town is not only efficient at her work but also maintains a happening and interesting love life. Partner Track is a legal drama adapted from Helen Wan’s novel, titled The Partner Track (2013). The series is created by Georgia Lee, who is also an executive producer of the show, alongside Sarah Goldfinger, Tony Hernandez, and Kristen Campo. Keep reading to know more.

Partner Track: Plot and Cast

The plot of Partner Track revolves around Ingrid, whose life is on the verge of getting on track. After six years of hard work, she has finally reached the stage where she can be a partner at her law firm. Ingrid’s love life is quite happening too as she’s dating New York’s one of the most eligible bachelors. Every bit of Ingrid’s life seems to fall in its exact place when someone whom she knows from her past, suddenly shows up and she is forced to rethink each of her life’s aspects. The someone being Murphy, Ingrid’s ex-lover joins her firm and she is unable to think straight. As far as her words to her friends, Ingrid mentions Murphy as not the love of her life, and that she last exchanged words with him six years back. But the tension between them does not make it seem so mere. What turn awaits Ingrid’s professional as well as her personal life as she competes her way up the partner ladder, is what and how the story unfolds itself into.
