The headline will direct you to the path of race. The story is set at Winchester University. It is a predominantly white campus. However, it has a radio station that is run by a black woman. She has chosen sarcasm and comedy to drive her point home. Most students do not understand her course because they cannot relate to the issues she is discussing.

While it is a simple production, it has become popular because of the role of women as well as academics in fighting social ills. Brakebills is a magic university that exists in the world of illusion. While the movie is set in the real world, it gives an idealistic view of what it means to exist in the virtual world.
