‘The Walking Dead’ Producer speaks on Post Pandemic Production Changes

As many industries have been put on a stop, many production houses are expressing their views on how Post-Pandemic will be different. ‘The Walking Dead’ Producer Greg Nicotero had some views on this Issue with some stressed opinions. In the latest issue with EW he made some views about the changes and how will the industries respond to the current situation.

How ‘The Walking Dead’ Is Effected By the COVID 19?

Fans were eagerly waiting for the Grand Finale of season 10. The Production Team of this show had to stop the production. The reason was the Spread of the Covid-19 attack on Industries. The creative team put their efforts to release the finale. But things didn’t work out. It Ended up Instead, with “The Tower,” the 15th episode of its 16-episode season order.  But the assumptions regarding the grand comeback with the original season are in the news like all the other production houses.

So it is likely to come back later in 2020 for the fans with a new aura. Along with this show, he is producing another show too. So it will be new to know how he will handle this production.

What Greg Nicotero has to say on Post Pandemic Production?

The producer Of The Walking Dead offered his opinions on this issue and made some statements about it. He said in an interview with EW.

“It’s going to be very interesting in terms of seeing how productions work and how things that we are so accustomed to doing on sets will change and will change pretty dramatically. The number of people you have on set will probably diminish, which might mean it will take a little bit longer, where instead of having 60 people on set you may have 35 or 40 people on set. I know the industry is working towards some sort of industry-wide guideline in terms of are we going to do box lunches and nobody takes a break and you shoot for 10 hours and that’s it. No one’s really going to know, so it’s going to be a unique situation and definitely a brand-new world”.

It is surely an issue of major concern on how they are going to respond to this major Crash. As the show deals with a cast that covers more people. With all the crew and Stunts it would require a large amount of masse. The team will surely take time to work with all the precautions.

It is still believed that the finale of The Walking Dead will be aired again with a new zeal too.
