Created by Carlos Montero and Dario Madrona, Elite is a thriller teen drama series produced for Netflix. It features an ensemble cast and most of them have been featured in other Netflix works produced or distributed in Spain or Latin America.

The first season of the show premiered on October 5, 2018, followed by the second on September 6, 2019. The third season was released on March 13, 2020, and the fourth was released on June 18, 2021. The fifth season was released on April 8, 2022. The seventh and eighth seasons are scheduled to premiere soon.

Elite Plot and Cast

The previous season mixed up everything by having Guzman kill Armando, who had previously attacked Ari. Guzman then dumped the body with some help from old friends before leaving town. Season 5 would possibly pick up from here and check in with what Guzman is up to these days.

Apart from that, the show tends to follow different plot threads from the first season to the next. There might be another crime at the center of the overarching plot that requires solving. The upcoming season will inevitably offer a scandalous time.

Season 4 began with a new school term at Las Encinas along with a new director, one of the most powerful businessmen in Europe, ready to bring the Las Encinas institution, which had been running amok in the last few years.

As of now, there are no details available for the storyline of the eighth season since the seventh season has not arrived yet. It might take some time to disclose all the details.

Talking about the cast, we might get to see Itzan Escamilla, Claudia Salas, Ayuso, Carla Diaz, Manu Rios, and Martina Cariddi. Further details are expected to be revealed in the next few months.

Elite Season 8 Release Date

The latest season of the show was released on 18 November 2022, and it consisted of eight episodes in total. It was announced on October 25, 2022, that Netflix renewed the series for a seventh season, which is slated to premiere on 28 October 2023. The show is also coming back for an eighth season. However, the developers have not revealed any release date yet.

Previous seasons of the show consist of eight episodes, so we can expect the upcoming seasons to have the same number of episodes. The show is produced by Zeta Producciones.
